新型高效除草地膜研究

摘    要:[目的]研制一种新型高效的含除草剂的除草地膜。[方法]对新型高效除草地膜的药膜成分的配比进行了优化,并研究了该药膜的干燥时间、水溶性及田间除草效果。[结果]药膜药液的最佳配比为:水溶胶A(g)∶水溶胶B(g)∶吸水剂(g)∶水(ml)∶禾宝(ml)=6∶2∶1∶12∶2;药膜室温下的干燥时间为75 min左右;除草地膜覆盖土壤14 d后,药膜绝大部分脱落;除草地膜对1年生禾本科和阔叶类杂草具有较好的除草效果。[结论]该除草地膜透光性好、含药效成分的涂层水溶解性强、农药有效成分渗入土壤性能高、残效期长、制膜工艺简单并对作物安全,有望进一步开发。

Studies on New High Herbicidal Plastic Film

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to prepare a new high herbicidal film.[Method] The proportion of drug membrane compositions of the new high herbicidal film were optimized,and the drying time,solubility and field herbicidal effect of the drug membrane were studied.[Result] The optimal proportion of drug membrane were hydrosol A(g)∶hydrosol B(g)∶water absorbent(g)∶aqua destillata(ml)∶Hebao(ml)=6∶2∶1∶12∶2.The drying time of drug membrane at room temperature was about 75 min.After soil was covered with the herbicidal plastic film for 14 d,drug membrane was abscisic mostly.The herbicidal plastic film could control 1-year old Gramineae and broad leaved weeds effectively.[Conclusion] The herbicidal plastic film has good light transmittance,strong solubility of drug coating,high soil-infiltrability of pesticide active ingredient,long residual duration,simple filming technology and crop safety,so it is worth to further study.
