新型无铅焊台控制系统的研究与实现

摘    要:针对普通焊接设备能效低的缺陷,以及无铅焊料熔点高的要求,提出了一种新型无铅焊台单片机控制系统的硬、软件设计和实现方案.该方案着重利用软件查表功能实现温控和补正,采用休眠设置实现能耗的节约,实际运行结果表明,该系统具有能效高、节能、回温迅速、控制精度高等多项功能优点.

Abstract:The hardware and software design scheme of control system with single chip microcomputer for a new type of lead-free welding unit was presented aimedat low energy efficiency of general welding unit and high melting point for lead-free solder.It was introduced in detail to realize temperature control and correction with software and to achieve energy saving with dormancy setting.Practical running results showed that the system had some advantages,such as high energy efficiency,energy saving,rapid temperature rising,high precision,and so on.
