陶瓷膜在聚合级L-乳酸纯化工艺中的应用

摘    要:目的]把陶瓷超滤膜工艺应用在乳酸提取中。方法]研究了影响乳酸热稳定性的影响因素,确定了其限制性浓度,并对陶瓷膜透析液的理化指标与原工艺絮凝后相对比。结果]聚合级乳酸中的残糖含量在不高于0.1g/L时,5种氨基酸浓度要低于0.05g/L,蛋白质浓度低于O.20g/L,铁浓度低于0.005g/L。陶瓷膜透析液品质基本优于原工艺絮凝脱色液的品质。结论]陶瓷膜工艺可行,可以替代碱化与絮凝工艺。
