摘    要:目的]研究真菌f2的解磷能力及其生长曲线。方法]从进口肥料中筛选出青霉属真菌f2,分别采用以Ca3(PO4)2、卵磷脂为唯一磷源的液体培养基接种真菌f2,在振荡培养12、24、36、48、60、72、84、108、120、132 h时测定培养液的pH值、速效磷含量、菌丝重和真菌所吸收的磷含量。结果]随着培养时间的延长,培养液pH值逐渐降低,菌株的溶磷量逐渐增加,菌丝重增加,当培养时间为108 h时,培养液pH值最低,菌丝重最重,速效磷含量最大。培养液pH值与菌丝重、菌株的溶磷量均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。真菌f2解无机磷的能力强于解有机磷的能力。结论]在振荡培养108 h时,真菌f2的解磷效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective] The phosphate-dissolving ability of Fungi f2 and its growth curve were studied.Method] The penicillium Fungi f2 was screened from imported fertilizer,and Ca3(PO4)2 and lecithin as the only P source of liquid culture medium were adopted resp.to inoculate Fungi f2,the pH value,available phosphorus content,weight of mycelium of culture medium and the P content absorbed by fungi were measured in shaking culture for 12,24,36,48,60,72,84,108,120 and 132 h resp.Result] With the extending of culture time and the pH of culture medium was dropped gradually,the P solubilization capacity of strains raised gradually,weight of mycelium increased,when the culture time was 108 h,the pH of culture medium was the lowest,weight of mycelium the highest and the content of available phosphorus the largest.The pH of culture medium all had extremely significant negative correlation with the weight of mycelium and P solubilization capacity of strains(P<0.01).The P-dissolving ability of inorganic P by Fungi f2 was better than the one of organic P.Conclusion] The phosphatedissolving effect of Fungi f2 was the best when shaking culture was for 108 h.
