摘    要:在以前研究的基础上,选择耐湿性不同的64份大麦基因型材料,用灰色关联法分析大田渍水条件下大麦基因型间耐湿性的差异。结果表明,大麦各基因型间耐湿性存在显著差异,一些地方品种具有较强的耐湿性。研究还表明,单株穗数、单株穗重和单株秆重的等权关联度均在0.5左右,可以作为大麦耐湿性鉴定的重要指标。

Abstract:Based on the theory of grey correlation analysis,sixty-four barley genotypes planted in the field were exposed to waterlogging stress to evaluate their tolerance.The results showed that there were significant differences among the genotypes for waterlogging tolerance and several local varieties were more tolerant to waterlogging than other varieties.Meanwhile,the correlation coefficients of spike per plant,spike weight per plant and stem weight per plant were about 0.5,these characters could be as the important parameters for evaluating waterlogging tolerance.
