| 摘 要： | 基于江苏省农产品加工业发展现状,探讨分析了江苏省农产品加工业发展中存在的主要问题,如加工专用品种及原料生产基地缺乏,产加销严重脱节,资源综合利用率低,产品质量安全体系不够健全等。提出了建设区城特色农产品加工区,提升农产品加工技术创新,加强农产品加工专用原料基地建设,搭建农户与企业稳定的利益平台等促进江苏省农产品加工业快速发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on current situation of farm product processing industry in Jiangsu province,some problems during its development such as the insufficiency of material production bases and special-purpose varieties for processing,the disconection between production,processing,and sale,the low level of comprehensive utilization of resource,the imperfection of control system for product quality safety,were analyzed,and the solutions and suggestions were presented. |
