外源精胺对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长和光合作用的影响

摘    要:以耐盐性较弱的黄瓜品种津优4号为材料,采用Hoagland营养液栽培法,研究了外源精胺(Spm)对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长和光合作用的影响。结果表明,75.0 mmol/L NaCl明显抑制了黄瓜幼苗生长,降低了黄瓜幼苗的净光合速率(Pn);0.3 mmol/L外源Spm显著提高了盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、干重、鲜重、净光合速率(Pn)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)(P<0.05)。表明,外源Spm能够提高黄瓜幼苗的光合作用,有利于植株生长。

Abstract:Weak salt-tolerance cucumber cultivar Jingyou 4 was selected as material to study the effects of exogenous spermine on the growth and photosynthesis of Cucumis sativus L.seedlings under salt stress by hydroponic culture.NaCl stress(75.0 mmol/L NaCl) inhibited plant growth and photosynthesis of Jingyou 4.Exogenous spermine significantly increased the height,stem diameter,fresh and dry weights,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)(P<0.05).The results indicated that exogenous spermine increased the photosynthesis,thus contributing to the growth of cucumber seedlings.
