摘    要:为了进一步探讨杜鹃引种、栽培、管护技术,采用稀释平板法和形态学法,对杜鹃原产地——辽宁省凤凰山、黑龙江省长寿山和移栽地——黑龙江省森林植物园的根际真菌数量及优势菌群落结构进行了试验研究。结果表明:杜鹃原产地真菌数量明显高于移栽地;其根际土壤优势真菌木霉属(Trichotderma)和青霉属(Penicillium)也明显高于移栽地;引种地与原产地杜鹃根际均存在相同的有益真菌,仅数量上有所不同。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the number of rhizospheric fungi isolated from rhododendron soils both in its original producing area(Fenghuangshan Mountain of Liaoning and Changshoushan Mountain of Heilongjiang) and the transplanted area(Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden) aiming to discuss the techniques of introduction, cultivation and management for rhododendron. The structure of its dominant population was analysed. Result shows that the number of rhizospheric fungi in the original producing area is higher than that in the transplanted area. The dominant populations are Trichotderma and Penicillium in the original producing area and Fusarium in the transplanted area. The difference in dominant fungi between the original producing area and the transplanted area is obvious, but the beneficial fungi in rhizosphere soils in the two areas are similar except for the difference in fungi number.
