棉籽壳添加紫花苜蓿栽培姬菇试验简报

2005年在定西市进行的棉籽壳添加紫花苜蓿栽培姬菇的试验结果表明,在5个栽培姬菇的培养料配方中,以棉籽壳68.0%、紫花苜蓿17.0%、玉米粉8.0%、麸皮4.0%、石灰2.0%、过磷酸钙1.0%的配方最为理想,其菌丝生长势最强,菌丝浓密粗壮洁白整齐,成活率高达98%,接种到菌丝满袋的时间最短,为23 d,较对照提前2 d,单袋平均产量最高,为1.69 kg/袋,较对照增产22.46%,生物转化率最高,为153.64%,较对照增加28.19个百分点,收入和纯收入最高,分别为5.07、3.45元/袋,较对照增加0.93、0.96元/袋;产投比高达3.13.适宜在定西广大农村家庭式规模栽培姬菇时推广应用.

Brief Report of Pleuroutus cornucopiae Cultivation by Using Cottonseed Hull Added Alfalfa

The pleuroutus cornucopiae was cultivated by using cottonseed hull added alfalfa in Dingxi City in 2005.The results indicated that using the medium with 68.0% cottonseed hull,17.0% alfalfa,8.0% corn powder,4.0% wheat bran,2.0% calcareousness,1.0% calcium superphosphate for Pleurotus cornucopiae cultivation in 5 formulations,its formulation was best.The hypha was thick,sturdy,pure white and regular and growth vigor was the strongest.The survival percent of Pleuroutus cornucopiae reached to 98%.The time was the shortest from inoculation to pocketful hypha,which was 23 d,and more than the contrast premature 2 d.The average yield per bag was the highest,which was 1.69 kg/bag,and(22.46%) higher than that of the contrast.The biological transformation rate was 153.64%,and more than the contrast(28.19) percentage point.Income and net income were 5.07,3.45 yuan/bag,and more than the contrast by 0.93,0.96 yuan/bag;its put into production ratio reached to 3.13.It can be extended in the rural household scale of Dingxi.
