人力资源价值评估模型的构建及指标分析

摘    要:从资产评估的专业角度,分析了现有的评估方法的局限性,并在充分考虑人力资源本身的特征及其价值的影响因素的基础上,构建了一个操作性较强的评估模型,并对模型中所涉及的重置成本、人力资源对企业的收益的贡献率等各项指标进行了分析和解释。

Abstract:From the professional point of property assessment,based on the existing assessment meth- od and by complete considering characteristics of human resources and influential factors of its value, this paper constructs an evaluation model with full operational capability and makes analysis and expla- nation on reprocess cost of human resource and its profitability conditions of the model.
