| 摘 要： | 从资产评估的专业角度，分析了现有的评估方法的局限性，并在充分考虑人力资源本身的特征及其价值的影响因素的基础上，构建了一个操作性较强的评估模型，并对模型中所涉及的重置成本、人力资源对企业的收益的贡献率等各项指标进行了分析和解释。
