摘    要:利用反相高效液相色谱法,配以二极管阵列检测器测定了金银花中芦丁和槲皮素的含量,建立了一种金银花的质量控制方法。色谱柱为Nova-Pak C18柱,流动相为甲醇和0.3%H3PO4(50∶50,体积比),流速0.6 ml/min,检测波长256 nm,柱温25℃。芦丁和槲皮素的平均回收率分别为97.9%和96.3%,RSD分别为1.5%和1.3%。该方法简单、灵敏、结果准确、重现性好,可同时分析金银花中2种黄酮类成分。

Abstract:A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method with photodiode array detection was applied for the quality control of Flos lonicerae.Rutin and quercetin in Flos lonicerae were separated in a Nova-Pak C18 column with methanol-0.3% H_3PO_4(50∶50,v/v) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.6 ml/min.The column temperature was controlled at 25 ℃ and the wavelength of detector was set at 256 nm.The average recoveries of rutin and quercetin were 97.9% and 96.3%.RSD were 1.5% and 1.3%,respectively.The method was simple,sensitive,precise and reproducible,and can be used to determine two flavonoid components of Flos lonicerae.
