| 摘 要： | 随着这几年我国各个地区经济建设的快速发展,社会发展中的工程建设,畜牧业生产、政府重点项目,如高速公路等相关项目的建设,均需要占用草原面积,但这种现象与日俱增。因此,本文就草原征占用管理工作提出几个重点思考的地方,最后对依法加强草原征占用管理的措施进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economic construction in various regions of China in recent years, the construction of social development projects, animal husbandry production, government key projects, such as the construction of highways and other related projects, all need to occupy the grassland area, but this phenomenon is increasing day by day. Therefore, this paper puts forward several key considerations on the management of grassland expropriation and occupation, and finally discusses the measures to strengthen the management of grassland expropriation and occupation according to law. |
