摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了磷钾营养对渍水条件下大麦若干生理生化性状的影响。结果表明 ,淹水后各处理大麦叶片叶绿素含量、光合作用强度、叶片和根系SOD活性、根系活力都有较大幅度的下降 ;叶片游离脯氨酸含量、根系质膜透性以及叶片和根系MDA含量明显增加。施用磷肥或钾肥可在一定程度上缓解上述的变化 ,磷钾肥配施则效果更佳。施用磷、钾肥可以减缓渍水对大麦生长的不良影响。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of phosphorus and potassium on some physiological and biochemical properties of barley under waterlogging stress. The results showed that waterlogging greatly reduced chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, leaf and root superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity; and remarkably increased leaf free proline content, root plasmamembrane permeability, leaf and root MDA content. Phosphorus and potassium could alleviate some of the adverse effects of waterlogging.
