砖茶中氟及水溶性成分浸出规律的研究

摘    要:本文研究了砖茶中氟和水溶性成分的浸出特性,结果表明温度、茶水比、冲泡时间、冲泡次数、冲泡方法对氟的浸出影响显著,水溶性成分的浸出与氟的浸出具有相近的趋势。

Abstract:To study dissolving characteristics of fluoride and water-soluble material in brick tea. The results showed that the influences of temperature, material to water ratio, extracting time, the number of times of extracting and the methods of extracting were prominent to influence. The dissolving of fluoride and water-soluble material had the similar trend.
