摘    要:成品茶产地鉴定研究刚刚起步,主要集中于几种特征化学指标、矿质元素等方面的研究。本文综述了近年来不同茶类、不同产地成品茶的矿质元素分析结果、儿茶素等特征化学组分分析结果,综合考虑其土壤条件、肥培管理水平、品种、加工工艺、加工环境等因素的影响,提出对成品茶产地鉴定应将矿质元素分析与儿茶素等特征化学成分分析有机结合。

Abstract:Identifying regions of tea products is only analyzing in small areas. Several characteristic chemical compounds and mineral element were used in identifying tea original regions. This paper summarized mineral element analysis and chemical compound analysis on tea products among different kinds of tea and different original regions, comprehensively considered the effects of soil conditions, nutrient supplies and cultivation management levels, tea plant varieties, processing techniques and processing environment. Then prospection is made that if we would realize more accurate identification tea regions, we should integrate mineral element analysis with characteristic chemical compound discrimination.
