摘    要:通过展叶数相同的开面叶和对夹叶部分理化性状或指标的比较,得出以下结论:开面叶节间长度、新梢长度和新梢重量比对夹叶大,表现“较嫩”的主要化学成分茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱等含量开面叶比对夹叶高,表现“较成熟”的主要化学成分粗纤维含量开面叶比对夹叶低。

Abstract:Through the comparison of physical and chemical index of open surface leaf and clip leaf, conclusion can be made, Open surface leaf has longer stem, longer and heavier new shoot; and the tender characteristics chemicals, tea polyphenol, amino acid and caffeine content is higher than clip leaf, while the main mature characteristics chemical raw fiber content is lower than clip leaf.
