Study on Development Strategy of Enshi State Tea Industry Based on SWOT Analysis

Ehshi state of Hubei is one of the few steamed green tea producing places in China, as the origin and core producing place of Enshi Yulu. And Enshi is also the important producing place of Yihong black tea. To achieve faster development of Enshi tea industry, SWOT analysis was used after data consulting, field visit combined with marketing theory. On this basis, suggestions, industrial scale, brand building, policy open, cooperate, technology update and im- provement, culture cultivation, marketing were put forward.
