| 摘 要： | 选择24头英系大约克猪和24头英加系杂交猪进行肥育性能测定。结果表明：英系大约克夏猪的日增重及料重比，分别比英加系杂交猪高8．5个百分点和低5个百分点；英系大约克夏猪的眼肌面积显著高于英加系杂交猪，即高11．44cm2──21个百分点，胴同体瘦肉率高近2个百分点；而皮率却明显低于英加系杂交猪，即低12．7个百分点。两组猪的其他性状指标则无表现出大的差异。

| Abstract: | 24 purebred Yorkshire and 24 Yorkshire crosses were tested on flushing performance. The result indicated that the daily gain of purebred Yorkshire is 8. 5% higher than that of Yorkshire crosses, while the gain feed ratio is 21% lower than that of Yorkshire crosses. The eye muscle area of purebred is much larger than that of Yorkshire crosses-that is, 11. 44c m, 2 lpercent. The lean meat percentage of purebred Yorkshire is 2% higher than that of Yorkshire crosses while the hide yield percentage is 12. 7% lower than th at of Yorkshire crosses. No other trait differences were observed in the test. |
