静电喷粉技术在喷洒农药中的应用

摘    要:介绍了涡轮静电背负喷粉机结构.由于该机采用了涡轮发电机、流化泵、内置高压发生器、TEC-恒流充电等技术,使得喷粉效果优与其它类型的静电喷粉机.通过对采用对比、玻片计数法获得的实验数据分析,其防治效果比常规喷粉效果提高了37,经济效益好而且环保,具有广阔的应用推广前景.

Abstract:The structure of the bear turbine dynamo electrostatic dusting engine was described. This engine adopts techniques such as turbine dynamo, fluidizing pump, internal high-voltage generator, TEC-constant-current charging ect. It made superior result than other types of electrostatic dusting engines. Through the analysis of the data obtained by adopting comparing and sheet glass counting method, control effect was 37% higher than that of usual one.
