经济欠发达地区农民外出务工的效应分析——以河南省周口市为例

选取位于豫东地区的农业大市周口市为个案,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对周口市6个县市(周口市共辖8县1市1区)的农民外出务工的情况展开调研,探讨了农民外出务工的效应问题。认为,农民外出务工增加了他们的收入,改善了农村的经济条件和生活条件,在一定程度上改变了农民的观念。同时还指出,农民外出务工不能从根本上改变当前农村的贫困状况,也不能从根本上改变当前农村的现状。在此基础上,进一步探讨了农民外出务工的突出问题及其产生的原因。

Analysis of the Efficiency of Farmer Migrant Working oufside from Developing Area

In the paper Zhoukou,a typical agricultural city in east Henan province being taken as the example,the author obtained first-hand statistic figures by the ways of interview and survey of the situation of migrant workers outside their birth place among six counties and towns in Zhoukou area.The effect of the migrant workers on city development was focused on.It was pointed out that peasant outside the birth place as migrant worker can earn more for his family income and improve the economic and living standard.What's more,the outside-oriented laborers had somehow changed their traditional conception on certain issues.Meanwhile,that the new trend can't completely change the villages' poor living situation,nor the current situation of countryside was presented.On this basis,the author,in a further degree,explored the typical problems and corresponding reasons of peasants working far away from their home.
