三七和三七根茎中糖类物质分析

摘    要:目的:测定三七和三七根茎中糖类物质的含量;方法:3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定三七和三七根茎中的总糖和还原糖含量;结果:三七和三七根茎中总糖的含量分别为73.10%和39.61%,还原糖的含量分别为4.41%和3.60%;结论:三七和三七根茎中总糖含量较高,而且三七中总糖含量几乎是三七根茎的2倍。

Abstract:Object To determinate the contents of sugar constituents in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen.Method The contents of totalsugar and reduing-sugar were determinod by DNS method.Results The contents of total sugar in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen respectively were 73.10% and 39.61%.The contents of reAumg-sugar in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen respectively were 4.41% and 3.60%.Conclusion Both Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen and rhizoma of Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen haven high total sugar content.The contents of total sugar in Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen were almost twice as content as rhizoma of Panax notogiaseng(Burk)F.H.Chen.
