微波快速石蜡制片的实例运用

摘    要:以美洲商陆为试验材料,借鉴传统石蜡制片技术流程,应用微波技术,对固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡等步骤进行改进,使试验周期缩短为两天以内。结果表明:采用微波快速石蜡制片法获得了染色清晰、组织完整的解剖结构,与传统石蜡制片法的效果相同。

Abstract:Using Phytolacca americana as experimental prove the technological process of the traditional paraffi infiltration, and the whole protocol was shortened into give the same distinctly and holonomically anatomical material, microwave technique was employed to im- n section including fixation, hydration, hyaline and two days. The microwave paraffin section method might structure as that with traditional method.
