后地板备胎下置的轻量化结构优化设计

摘    要:通过对某车型后地板备胎安装结构的两种设计方案进行分析,详细对比了双纵梁限位式备胎安装结构和单横梁加限位支架安装结构的优缺点,同时通过CAE分析来进一步验证二者的结构设计效果,从而选出最佳的轻量化优化设计方案,以达到车身轻量化的设计目标.此外,在后续的车身相关零部件结构设计过程中,也可以参照本文的设计思路,寻求更好的轻量化设计方案,用以提高设计效率,减少开发成本.

Abstract:Two design methods about spare wheel fixed structure in rear floor of a vehicle are analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of double carlings limited spare wheel fixed structure and single crossbeam limited bracket fixed structure are contrasted and simultaneously the structure design effect is validated by CAE to achieve the body lightweight design. In addition, it also can consult this design method to search better lightweight design method and improve design efficiency, reduce cost for later body parts structure design.
