摘    要:采用高效液相色谱仪,在指纹图谱条件下测定了20批何首乌药材中二苯乙烯苷的含量。所选色谱柱Ag-ilent SB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),检测波长280 nm,流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,分析时间60 min。经精密度、稳定性、重复性试验考察,RSD均小于3%,平均回收率为100.33%,表明所建立的方法稳定可靠,可满足企业在进行指纹图谱研究的同时进行二苯乙烯苷的含量测定。

Abstract:Abstract: The stibene glycosides content was determined in 20 samples of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb un- der the conditions of HPLC fingerprint. The method was established as follows: Chromatographic column Agi- lent SB - C18 (5μm, 4.6mm×250mm) ; Detective wavelength 280nm; Mobile phase acetonitrile - 0.4% water solution of phosphori acid graditent elution; velocity 1.0mL/min; Column temperature 25 degree centi- grade ;analysis time 60min. The RSD were all less than 3% in precision, stability and repeatability testing study, and the average recovery rate was 100.33%. It indicated that the established method was stable and reliable, which made it possible for enterprises to determine the content of stilbene glucoside while studying fingerpr/nts.
