贵州美登木扦插繁殖技术研究

摘    要:以贵州美登木枝条作为材料,进行不同浓度的生长调节剂、不同扦插基质和不同扦插季节的扦插育苗试验。结果表明:扦插前用3种植物生长调节剂(NAA、IAA、IBA)对插条进行处理,均能提高贵州美登木的成活率、生根数和根长,其中以100和200 mg/L的NAA处理扦插苗成活率最高,分别达到89.2%和84.5%,比对照分别高47.4%和42.7%;在石英砂上贵州美登木扦插生根成活率和平均根数都最高,分别达87.6%和6.1条;春季是贵州美登木扦插的最适季节,扦插成活率达到89.6%。

Abstract:Taking the shoot of Maytenus esquirolii as materials, the cutting propagation technique tests con- cerning plant growth regulator ( NAA, IAA, IBA) concentrations, medium type and propagation seasons were carried out in the present investigation. The results showed that three kinds of plant growth regulators (NAA, IAA, IBA) could enhance survival rate, length and numbers of Maytenus esquirolii root, and the survival rate might reach the highest level (89.2% and 84.5% ) in exposure to 100 mg/L and 200mg/L NAA, which was 47.4% and 42.7% higher than that of the control. The survival rate and average number of root per cutting got the highest when Quartz sand was used, whose values were as high as 87.6% and 6. 1, respectively. Spring was the optimal propagation season for Maytenus esquirolii cutting, and the survival rate might be as high as 89.6%.
