摘    要:针对配套福田欧豹FT404拖拉机的TZ04DU 1.0前装载机,在SolidWorks中建立三维装配体模型,并导入ANSYS Workbench进行静力学分析.根据配普通铲斗装载机的工作要求,建立正常工作情况下的受力模型,对该装载机在两种极限工况下进行有限元分析,计算出整体的应力和应变分布云图,得到结构进一步优化的基础数据,提出一些结构优化方案.

Abstract:TZ series front loaders, developed by Shandong Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, are agricultural mechanical devices used for four-wheel-driven tractors, to adapt to the modern agriculture. Aiming at the TZ04DU1.0 front loader for Foton Euro Leopard FT404 tractor, a 3D assembly model is established using SolidWorks, and imported into ANSYS Workbench environment for an static structural analysis. In the light of the work requirements of the front loader mounted with universal bucket, a force model working in normal conditions is built, finite element analysis is done in two margin cases, and the whole loader’s stress and strain nephogram are obtained, which provide a basis for modifying designs in the future. Then some structure optimization schemes are put forward.
