绿色木霉产孢条件的优化

摘    要:通过测定不同条件下绿色木霉的产孢量,研究氮源、碳源、生物激活剂、培养温度和时间等因素对产孢量的影响。结果表明:当绿色木霉的培养基中氮源、碳源分别为3‰的硝酸钠和1%的蔗糖时,生物激活剂的添加量为2‰,在30℃环境中培养4 d时,其产孢量较为理想。

Abstract:The factors affecting the sporulation quantity,such as the nitrogen source,the carbon source,the volume of the biologic activator,and the cultivating temperature and the time were investigated in present study.The results showed that the optimal nitrogen source and the carbon source were 3‰ ammonium nitrate and 1% sucrose,respectively.The sporulation quantity was best with the biologic activator of 2‰ in the environment of 30℃ for 4d.
