分层去除材料引起的加工变形规律的仿真研究

摘    要:在现代农业装备与车辆的零部件制造加工过程中,切削加工是最主要的加工方法之一.由于切削加工的适应范围广,且能达到很高的精度和很低的表面粗糙度,在机械制造工艺中占有重要地位.在切削加工中,去除材料所引起的加工变形是其中存在的突出问题之一,它直接制约研制生产的进度和质量.因此,开展分层去除材料引起的加工变形规律的仿真研究具有重大的现实意义.本文以一种工业常用的铝合金材料为对象,采用有限元法把相关的因素作为仿真过程中的初始条件与边界条件来研究材料去除对加工变形的影响,得到了分层去除材料的过程中,工件变形的规律走势.

Abstract:In modern agricultural equipment and vehicle parts manufacturing process, machining is one of the main processing methods. Because the cutting processing has wide adaptive range, and can reach very high precision and low surface roughness, it plays an important role in machinery manufacturing technology. In cutting, deformation caused by removal of material is one of the prominent problems, directly restricts the development of the progress and quality of production. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out simulation research on machining deformation caused by layered removal of material. In this paper, the material removal effect on machining deformation is studied, with a commonly used industrial aluminum alloy material as the object, the related factors as the initial conditions and boundary conditions in the simulation process by finite element method. The workpiece deformation rule trend was obtained from a stratified material removal process.
