摘    要:为了研究弧形弹簧式双质量飞轮的设计方法及减振效果,总结了各主要设计参数的设计原则和方法。以某重型车辆为目标车型,根据其传动系统详细参数,设计出适合目标车型的双质量飞轮。利用ADAMS建立目标车型传动系统当量模型,通过仿真研究双质量飞轮减振效果。最后,通过实验进一步检验双质量飞轮减振效果。结果表明,双质量飞轮可有效降低车辆传动系统的扭转振动。

Abstract:In order to research dual mass flywheel with arc springs and verify the damping effect, design ideas and selection principles of its main parameters were summed up. Based on detailed transmission system parameters of one type of heavy vehicle, dual mass flywheel was designed. Then, dynamics models of the transmission system in the idle conditions and in the driving conditions were established in ADAMS and the damping effect was gained through simulation. Finally, the damping effect was further tested by experiment. The results show that DMF can reduce the torsional vibration effectively.
