摘    要:以国产某型号客车为例,以模态分析理论相关知识为基础,对客车的轮胎、车身、悬架系统、发动机体以及发动机悬置等部件进行简化并建立六自由度振动模型,然后根据所建立的六自由度振动模型在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立仿真模型并进行实模态分析.在保持一定的路况、车速和发动机转速不变的情况下得到不改变任何参数时的车身加速度功率谱曲线,通过改变悬架系统和发动机悬置的相关参数,得到相应的车身加速度功率谱曲线,将改变参数后的车身加速度功率谱曲线分别和原来的车身加速度功率谱曲线进行比较,分析这些参数对客车振动特性的影响,从而为客车的减振降噪提供必要的依据.

Abstract:Taking a certain domestic bus for example,based on relevant knowledge of modal analysis, the tires, body, suspension system, engine and engine mounting system of the bus are simplified to establish the vibration model with six degrees of freedom,then according to the established vibration model with six degrees of freedom, a simulation model is set up with MATLAB/SIMULINK to do real modal analysis. Under the situation which maintains fixed road condition, vehicle speed and engine revolution, it is got to obtain acceleration power spectral curves without changing any parameter. By changing the relevant parameters of suspension system and engine mounting system, the corresponding acceleration power spectral curves of vehicle body are gained. The changed acceleration power spectral curves are compared with the unchanged one, the influence of these parameters on vibration performance is analyzed, and a necessary proof is provided to relieve the vibration and noise on bus.
