国内外双吸离心泵技术水平对比分析

摘    要:在对全国泵行业骨干企业进行行业调查的基础上,收集双吸清水离心泵3000余个规格的性能数据,将效率、汽蚀余量两个性能指标的实测数据、标准数据、样本数据分别进行统计分析。介绍了对比分析方法:国内外产品的水力性能指标分别与国家标准进行比较分析,找出差别,将这两个差别再进行比较,从而比较出国内外产品技术水平的差异。对比分析结果为:国外产品的效率指标平均技术水平要高于国内的效率指标2.5%;国内的汽蚀余量指标平均技术水平要优于国外产品0.97m。在效率指标方面,优劣的顺序为:国内的样本值最高、国外的样本值次之、国内的实测值最低。对产生国内外产品技术水平差异的原因进行了分析,主要原因有:转速大小不一致、设计制造水平不同、效率与汽蚀余量性能指标的技术水平不平衡等。

Abstract:Based on investigations of the main national pump enterprises, the performance data about 3,000 types of double suction rinsing centrifugal pump were collected, and the measurement value, standard value and sample value of performance indexes such as efficiency and net positive suction (NPSH) were compared and analyzed. The hydraulic characteristics of the products in the domestic and abroad were compared and analyzed, and the difference of product technology was found out. The study results show that the efficiency index of foreign products is higher than that of domestic by 2.5%, but the performance index of NPSH in domestic is better than foreign by 0.97m. The main reasons for the disparity are different rotate speed, different levels of design and manufacturing and the technology imbalance.
