| 摘 要： | 本试验采用S、H、R、W四个品系鸡进行二元、三元杂交配套、其中S系为母系,H、R、W系为父系,设二元杂交组3个;三元杂交组6个;亲本对照组4个。试验鸡采用开放式鸡舍饲养,在中等营养水平下,试验结果为:二元杂交以W×S配套为好,产蛋量为237.64枚、蛋重54.78克;三元配套以H×(W×S)为好,产蛋量240枚、蛋重54.89克。杂种优势明显,蛋的品质优良,经济效益显著,杂交鸡适应性强,可在农村推广应用。

| Abstract: | We had used four strains chikens for two-way and three-way cross in this experiment. S strain for maternal line, H strain, R strain and w strain for paternal line. Three two-way cross combinations, Six three-way cross combinations and four parental combinations had been projected. All experimental hens were reared in open side poultry house, were feeded middle nutritional level feeds. The results showed that the best two-way cross combination was w x s, which laid 237. 64, eggs per year had 53. 44 grams, per egg, the best three-way cross combination was HX (w x s), 240. 00 eggs and 54. 55 grams, respectively Hybrid vigor is obvious. Egg quality is very well. Economical efficiency is remarkable. These crossbred hens have stronger adaptability, and could be extended in the countryside. |
