饲料中不同水平海带粉对凡纳对虾生长及饲料表观消化率的影响

摘    要:在以鱼粉、豆粕、花生粕等为主要蛋白源的实用饲料配方中添加不同水平的海带粉(0%、0.4%、0.8%、1.6%、3.2%、6.4%),喂养初重约0.68 g的凡纳对虾8周,研究结果表明,随着海带粉添加水平的增加,凡纳对虾的增重率、饲料利用率有所提高,但这种提高的趋势在试验前期并不明显,试验中期海带粉的添加量为3%左右时,幼虾增重率最高;海带粉添加量为0.4%时,凡纳对虾对粗蛋白的表观消化率最高,达到84.82%,显著高于0%、3.2%和6.4%添加组。随着饲料中海带粉添加量的增加,饲料的粗灰分含量增加,因此配方中大量使用海带粉,其适宜添加量需视基础配方和加工工艺以及对虾不同阶段生长和消化生理综合考虑。

Abstract:Different practical diets with different inclusion levels of kelp powder(0%,0.4%,0.8%,1.6%,3.2% and 6.4% of dietary dry weight) were conducted to investigate the effects on the growth and digestibility of Litopenaeus vannamei Boone at the average initial weight of 0.68 g for 8 weeks.The results showed that weight gain of shrimps and feed utilization were in relation to dietary kelp meal during feeding trial as a whole,however, which the trend were less significant in the middle of feeding trial.Weight gain of juvenile with 3% kelp meal inclusion was highest at half of feeding trial.During the feeding trial,Apparent digestibility coefficient of crude protein with 0.4% kelp meal inclusion was highest,84.82%,significantly higher than those with 0%,3.2% and 6.4% inclusion.Ash contents in diets were increasing with kelp meal inclusion.Feasible supplement of kelp meal in diet should take into consideration according to basal diet,manufacturing technique,different growth stage and digestive physiology of shrimps.
