完善我国农村养老保险的若干问题探析

随着老年人口的增加和寿命的延长，因衰老而失去生活能力的老年人显著增加，给国家、社会和家庭带来沉重负担。特别是我国农村养老保险即将面临更加严峻的挑战，传统的“家庭养老与土地保障”模式与现实要求相距甚远。构建符合国情和深得人心的新的农村养老保险制度，建立“家庭养老、土地保障与社会保险相结合”的新模式，是目前社会保障亟待解决的核心问题。

Discussion on Some Problems of Rural Pension Insurance in China

With the growth of elderly population and the expectancy of life,the population of the elderly inability gets a significant increase,and it is growing to a heavy burden in the state,society and family.Especially in the rural,the old-age insurance in China is facing more serious challenges.The traditional "home living and land security" mode is far from the reality.To construct a new rural old-age insurance system which gets along with national conditions and the popular,to establish a new system which combine the "old-age home and land security with social insurance,is both the urgently needed to address the core issue of the current Social Security.
