| 摘 要： | 分析了我国渔业发展现状和问题,指出我国渔业的不科学养殖致使水体污染;养殖密度高、过度用药影响水产品质量;对渔业资源的过度捕捞引致鱼类多样性的减少和渔业资源衰退;海水养殖缺乏科学规划,并提出改变发展观念.科学规划,合理开发;引入TAC、IQ、ITQ制度,走渔业可持续发展道路;保障渔民增收,发展特色渔业;保护生态环境,发展休闲渔业;鼓励科技创新.促进渔业的发展;制定相关法律、法规等多种方式保护渔类资源多样性;施行科学化养殖,提高水产品质量,走品牌化路线的对策.
