| 摘 要： | 经几年甜菜冻藏实践,运用传热学理论,总结推导出冻固甜菜保藏覆盖物厚度等几个计算公式。利用这几个计算公式可能动地计算冻藏堆不同时期不同侧面的覆盖物厚度、覆盖物与甜菜界面温度及堆内测温点的回升温度等,以减少保藏工作中的盲目性,增强预见性。

| Abstract: | The calculating formulas of covering thickness have summarized anp-derivated from the practice of freezing storage of sugar beet and by the theory of heat conduction. For reducing the blindness and increasing prediction, these formulas could be used to calculate the thickness of covering in different sides, interfacial temperature between sugarbeet and covering, temperature temperature observation spots in sugarbeet pile of different period. |
