桔梗雄性不育种质JXB-1的发现与鉴定

对JXB-1和其无性繁殖后代的花器特征、花粉生活力、自交和杂交结实状况进行观察,结果表明,JXB-1个体花的外观与正常的花无明显差异,花药皱瘪、开裂但无花粉粒散出,强行挤出来的花粉多数不规则并无活力;套袋自交座果率为0,与30份不同桔梗种源杂交座果率为100%;用组织培养方法进行无性繁殖的后代全部雄性不育,即JXB-1属雄性不育,与其它种源有高度亲和力,可作为优良的育种材料.

Primary study on discovery and identification of male sterile germplasm for platycodon grandiflorum

The flower character,activity of pollen,seed condition of inbred and hybrid for JXB-1 and vegetative propagations was studied.The results showed that JXB-1 had shriveled and cracked anther with no microspore,forced anther with irregular and no activities,but no seed set for inbred and no differences in flower appearance from normal flower,and it had 100% of hybrid seed set percentage with 30 different germplasm,and vegetative propagations of JXB-1 was all male sterile too.Thus,we can conclude that JXB-1 was male sterile,have high appetency with other germplasm and can be used as good breeding material.
