硅窗气调帐贮藏温州蜜柑效果的研究

摘    要:本试验用硅橡胶薄膜制成气调窗进行温州蜜柑气调贮藏效应的观察,初步探讨了贮藏尾张品系最适宜的硅窗面积。根据两年的试验结果,认为用D_(15)M_(2-1)型硅橡胶薄膜制成气窗的面积以20~25cm~2/公斤果为宜。


STORAGE EFFECTS OF SATSUMA ORANGE IN CA WITH SILICONE WINDOW
Abstract:The 1979-1981 trials showed the following results: 1. The silicone window that used in CA storage to create a spontaneous air controlled environment gave the most favorable and feasible results for satsuma fruits storage. In the cave storage for a period 110-115 days, high rate of healthy fruits, 80.77-81.87% with good coloration of the peel and excellent flavor, were also observed. while CA storage without silicone window the healthy fruits accounted only 59.41-76.80%, with poor coloration of the peel, and bad flavor. The healthy fruits in the unpacked fruits of CK 90 days storage accounted for 67%. with poor quality, such as shrivelling of the peel, calyx browning and high rate of moisture loss. 2. Employing silicone window in CA storage and maintaining at room temparature lower than in the cave within 3-8℃ for 110 days, the rate of healthy fruits was 98.95% and gave better quality. This was 16.88% higher in comparison with the fruits which were kept in the cave. 3. If D_(45)-M_(2-1) silicone was applied to furnish the gas window in CA storage of Satsuma fruits, the window area should be 20-25cm~2/kg. 4. This experiment showed that the optimum CO_2 concn, was less than 3%, together with O_2 concn, not over 10%. 5. The quality of D_(45)-M_(2-1) showed better than that of GE_(4-0.8°). It was elastic, durable, and not easily torn down. But it was rather difficult to seal tightly for the polyethylene plastic bag.
