热电偶线性化器的设计

摘    要:随着科学技术的不断发展,自动化程度不断提高,数字化测量仪表应用越来越广泛。在现代化工业生产中常用热电偶测试高温,测试结果用数字显示,由于热电偶的热电势与温度呈非线性关系,如果测试结果用数字显示必须对热电偶进行线性化处理。介绍了用理想二极管电路与加法器实现对热电偶线性化器原理设计。利用理想二极管的特点,将热电势与温度的非线性用折线逼近的方法将非线性曲线变成线性曲线,然后利用加法器将多个理想二极管电路产生的折线电压相加求和,所得电压经过A/D转换器变成数字信号后进行数字显示。该线性化器线路简单,在测量速度和精度方面都超过指针式仪表;调试、制作方便。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology and the improvement of automatization degree, the digital meters have been widely applied. Thermocouple is used to measure elevated temperature in the process of industries. There is nonlinear relationship between thermo-electromotive force and temperature. So thermocouple must be processed by linearization to display figure. This paper introduces the realization of thermocouple linearization principle needed by ideal diole circuit and adder and the designed process. With the ideal diodes circuit characteristic, the nonlinear is transformed into linear by approach algorithm. It uses adder to add the voltage produced from several ideal diodes circuit, and change the sum into digital signal by using A/D to display. The thermocouple linearization is simple, precise and convenient.
