摘    要:从人与自然和谐相处、人类社会可持续发展的理念和人体免疫学的角度探讨生态水利系统管理理论和方法的有关内容,包括生态水利的免疫系统分析及其网络模型构造,生态水利安全的预警系统及其指标体系、反馈机制、实现途径等,并对生态水利建设的远景目标和实现途径进行了探讨。

Abstract:From the point of harmonious relation between mankind and natural, sustainable development of society and immunology, this paper studied management theory and method for ecological hydraulic engineering, including analysis of immunity system of ecological hydraulic engineering and its network model construction, early-alarm system and its index system, feedback mechanism and realization route for the safety of ecological hydraulic engineering. Also, the future goal and its realization route were discussed in the paper.
