| 摘 要： | 【目的】本论文探讨了西藏猪毛蒿和牛蒡植物中内生真菌的生物学特性。【方法】利用培养基培养法和载片培养法,观察从植物不同部位所分离到的菌株菌落形态及孢子形态。【结果】结果显示从西藏猪毛蒿根部分离到球壳孢目茎点霉属真菌一株,从牛蒡茎部分离到球壳孢目叶点霉属真菌一株。

Biological characteristics of Endophytic Fungi of the family Sphaeropsidales in Tibet |

| Abstract: | [Objective] This paper explores the biological characteristics of endogenetic fungi in Tibetan Artemisia scoparia Waldst.et Kit. and Arctium lappa L.[Method] Using the media culture method and the film culture method, the plant fall pattern and spore form isolated from different parts of the plant were observed. [Result] The results showed that from the Tibetan Artemisia scoparia Waldst.et Kit. root part isolate the Phoma genus a strain, from the Arctium lappa L. stem part away to the Phyllosticta genus fungus strain. |
