苎麻韧皮纤维超微结构的研究

摘    要:为了寻找苎麻栽培的科学管理依据及提高苎麻纤维产量和品质和途径,采用秀射电子显微地苎麻纤维细胞超微结构进行了观察,结果表明,苎麻纤维细胞壁具有6个层次,其中初生壁1层,次生壁5层,结合光学显微镜观察,发现苎麻纤维次生壁具有3个不同的螺肇层次,即以,中层和内层和内内、外层纤维素微纤维丝近横向排列,中层微纤丝近轴向排列,结节处纤维素纤丝出现断裂、缺损或附加,这些是影响苎麻纤维长度、强力、光泽等品种的主要

Abstract:Ultrastructure of ramie was observed through transmission electron microscope to increase the yield and promote the quality of ramie and seek a way of scientific management of ramie. The results showed that fibre cell wall of ramie had 6 layers,1 of which formed the primary wall and 5 of which formed the secondary wall. By using optical microscope,it was observed that there were 3 different cellulose microfibil convoluting layers in the secondary wall,i.e. sexine layer,middle layer and internal layer. Cellulose microfibils appeared crosswise in the sexine and internal layer,axial arrangement in the middle layer. There were broken breaches,damages and additions in the nodes,which was the key element that affected the quality of ramie fibre including its length,strength,lustre and so on.
