摘    要:研究了不同浓度的Al3+和精氨酸配合对月季鲜切花保鲜效果的影响.结果表明:Al3+和精氨酸配合使用可以改善月季切花外部形态,增加花径,推迟达到最大花径的时间,改善切花体内的水分平衡,延缓花青素的降解速度,明显提高瓶插寿命和观赏品质.通过对各指标的综合评价,以100 mg/L Al2(SO4)3和0.1 mmol/L 精氨酸(Arg)的组合处理其保鲜效果最佳.

Abstract:In the paper,the integration effect of different content of Al3+ and arginine on preservation influence of cut Chinese rose was preliminarily studied.The result indicated that Al3+ coordinating with arginine might change the appearance shape of cut flowers,increase the maximal diameter of flower,prolong the time of reaching the maximal diameter of flower,maintain the balance of water in cut flowers,reduce the speed of anthocyanin decomposition,and prolong obviously the vase longevity and improve ornamental ...
