狗牙根草坪昆虫群落组成与环境因子相关性研究

为了探究草坪昆虫群落多样性与环境因子的相互关系,对南京地区3类不同管理水平的6处狗牙根草坪进行了昆虫群落结构及其环境因子特征调查,采用多样性指数和典范对应分析(CCA)研究了昆虫群落与环境因子之间的相关性.共收集昆虫样本58科、84种、20 601头,以同翅目(Homoptera)、鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)和直翅目(Orthoptera)的物种占优势,在精细、中等和粗放管理的草坪分别发生37种、30种和73种昆虫,共有种15种.粗放管理草坪主要优势害虫有蝗虫类、叶蝉类和飞虱类;而精细管理草坪害虫主要有灰飞虱、大青叶蝉、小地老虎和丽金龟科.将84种昆虫发生频度与6个样地环境因子进行典范对应分析表明,土壤物理特性(质地和疏松层厚)不但与草坪地下昆虫的发生明显相关,而且与植食性昆虫和天敌昆虫群落显著相关;此外,杂草丰富度和草坪高度也与植食性昆虫和天敌昆虫等群落变化存在显著相关性.

Insect community structure in relation to environmental factors on bermudagrass lawns
