| 摘 要： | 湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州是“华中药库”,拥有非常丰富的道地药材资源,其中国家地理标志产品有5个。介绍了该州此类国家地理标志产品保护的现状,分析其中存在的问题,并提出相应的发展对策：加强全州自然地理环境与道地中药材的立地条件、实宜性等方面研究;申请扩大国家地理标志产品的保护范围;鼓励这些国家地理标志产品保护范围的更多企业使用其“地理标志产品专用标志”;尽快建立其国家质量标准;加强中药材GAP的基地建设与国家食品药品监督管理局认证;注册相应的地理标志商标“利川黄连”、“恩施紫油厚朴”、“板桥党参”、“咸丰白术”、“利川山药”。
