硅酸盐细菌发酵条件的优化

摘    要:通过正交实验对硅酸盐细菌JXSD-18菌株的发酵条件进行了优化研究,结果表明,比较理想的发酵条件为:摇床转速200 r/m in,起始pH值7.0,温度32℃,装液量30mL,在此条件下硅酸盐细菌的溶磷效果达到最好。

Abstract:The fermentation of a silicate bacterium JXSD-18 was investigated through orthogonal test.The test showed that the optimum condition for 30mL inventory for fermentation was to rotate at speed of 200r/min in shakeflask at the temperature of 32℃ and the original pH of 7.0.The P-dissolution ability of silicate bacterium was the best in this condition.
