甘露醇对马铃薯试管苗生长和有效保存期的影响

摘    要:为给马铃薯试管苗生长和有效保存提供试验依据,以费乌瑞它脱毒试管苗为试验材料,添加不同甘露醇浓度(1%~5%)的继代培养基对其进行增殖培养,比较不同甘露醇浓度对试管苗生长和有效保存期的影响.结果表明:所试甘露醇浓度均对马铃薯试管苗的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,同时还延长了试管苗的保存时间,其中以继代培养基中添加1%~2%的甘露醇的保存效果最为理想,可使试管苗保存7个月以上,成活率达50%,且不影响试管苗继代.

Abstract:Taking virus-free plantlets of Favorite as the experimental materials and the multiplication culture medium supplemented with mannital of different concentrations(1 %-5 %) as the regard proliferation medium,the effect of mannital of different concentrations on the growth and preservation of tube plantlets was studied to provide a reference for the growth and preservation of tube plantlets.The results showed that not only did mannital inhibit the growth of the tube plantlets,but it prolonged the preservation...
