摘    要:枣对CO_2很敏感。园枣对CO_2最敏感,在10%CO_2条件下,果实很快发生褐变。把鲜枣放入有孔塑料袋内,置于低温下,有较好的贮藏效果。钙处理对保鲜有良好的作用。钙处理要及时进行,否则效果不明显。果实在贮藏期间有一个衰老的突变时期,组织很快变软。


PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON THE STORAGE OF CHINESE JUJUBE(ZIZYPHUS JUJUBA MILL) IN FRESH STATE Ⅱ. Effects of controlled atmospere storage and calcium treatment on the storage of Chinese jujube in fresh state.
Abstract:Chinese jujube is sensitive to CO_2 and intolerent of high CO_2. If stored in 10% CO_2, the flesh of the fruits will quickly be softend and browned, and most of the vitamin C in fruit will be lost. It is desirable to use plastic 1 film perforated with holes of appropropriate area in storage, and calcium treatment is desirable too. Calcium treatment must be done in time after harvest, otherwise it will not be so effective. In the course of storage, the fruits will undergo a sudden change of senescence, at that time the flesh will? soften rapidly.
