普通小麦SDS沉淀值、蛋白质含量及GMP含量的相关性分析

摘    要:以168个普通小麦品种(系)为试验材料,分析了 SDS沉降值、蛋白质含量及GMP含量的品种间变异及3项品质指标的相关性。结果表明: SDS沉降值与蛋白质含量、GMP含量分别呈极显著正相关,蛋白质含量和GMP含量间也呈极显著正相关。被测普通小麦SDS沉降值的变幅为23.0~60.0ml,变异系数为17.14,蛋白质含量的变幅为11.85%~17.92%,变异系数为9.20,GMP含量的变幅为2 .79%~10.89%,变异系数为26.55。

Abstract:The difference among 168 varieties and correlation among GMP content, protein content and SDS sediment value of wheat grain was analyzed. The result showed that it was significant positive correlation among GMP content, protein content and SDS sediment value. The SDS sediment value of wheat grain was distributed from 23.0ml to 60.0ml and its coefficient of variation was 17.14. The protein content was distributed from 11.85% to 17.92% and its coefficient of variation was 9.20. GMP content was distributed from 2.79% to 10.89% and its coefficient of variation was 26.55.
