摘    要:目的:比较不同产地黄芪中黄芪总糖的含量差异。方法:对黄芪样品进行煎煮处理,提取黄芪总糖成分,按照部颁黄芪多糖含量测定方法,利用紫外分光光度法测定其总糖的含量。结果:甘肃产黄芪总糖含量最高为19-3%。结论:不同产地黄芪中黄芪总糖的含量差异较大,可能与其产地、采收时间有关。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the polysaccharide content in Radix Astragali from different areas.Methods:The polysaccharide content in Radix Astragali was detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The polysaccharide content of Radix Astragali in Gansu was the highest with 19.3%.Conclusion:The difference of polysaccharide content in Radix Astragali may lie on respective producing area and picking time,which offers helpful preference to further exploitation of Radix Astragali.
